SAE AMS6910 Revision A

SAE AMS6910 – Revision A – Titanium Alloy Bars, Forgings and Forging Stock, 8Al – 1Mo – 1V, Duplex Annealed

This specification covers a titanium alloy in the form of bars, forgings, and stock for forging.

This alloy has been used typically for parts requiring strength up to 800 mDF (427 mDC), but usage is not limited to such applications.

Certain processing procedures and service conditions may cause these products to become subject to stress-corrosion cracking; SAE ARP 982 recommends practices to minimize such conditions.
