SAE AMS5755 – Revision F – Nickel Alloy, Corrosion and Heat-Resistant, Bars, Forgings, and Rings, 64Ni – 5.0Cr – 24.5Mo – 5.5Fe, Solution Heat Treated

This specification covers a corrosion and heat resistant nickel alloy in the form of bars, forgings, flash welded rings, and stock for forging or flash welded rings.

These products have been used typically for parts requiring oxidation resistance up to 1600 mDF (871 mDC), good strength up to 1200 mDF (649 mDC), and low coefficient of expansion, but usage is not limited to such applications.
