SAE AMS3670/5 – Revision C – Polyamide-Imide Bar, Rod, and Shapes 30% Carbon Fiber

This specification covers a polyamide-imide plastic filled with carbon fiber in the form of molded or extruded bar, rod, and shapes.

These products have been used typically for parts requiring high strength, high modulus, thermal resistance, and toughness up to 230 degrees C (446 degrees F), but usage is not limited to such applications.
